We pride ourselves on offering best-in-class customer service, efficient order processing, and cultivating strong, lasting client relationships.Position Details- Full-time position with an immediate start date.Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and ensuring order fulfillment for walk-in clients.- Nurture new and existing client accounts, maintaining a strong focus on timely follow-up.- Proactively generate leads through strategic cold emailing and phone outreach.- Contribute to the order processing workflow, delivering top-tier customer service, offering shipping updates, and conducting thorough follow-ups.- Analyze customer purchase patterns to provide valuable feedback to our design team.Requirements- A minimum of 2 years' experience in showroom and/or fashion sales.- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.- Strong organizational abilities with a commitment to thorough follow-through.- A team player who collaborates effectively, consistently demonstrating a high level of professionalism.- A positive and friendly attitude that contributes to a welcoming workplace environment.Please send your resume to colleen@louciaclothing.com.
