Job Description:

We're seeking an Assistant General Manager for our Venice location. This role offers a mix of host and barista responsibilities.Responsibilities:

• Host: Greet guests, present menus, inform them of specials, and ensure complete satisfaction.
• Treat guests with respect, always striving to exceed expectations.
• Run the floor plan board, observe tables, and manage wait times.
• Clean and organize menus, answer phone calls, and interact with guests.
• Perform other duties as directed.
  • Barista: 1+ years of experience, coffee-making, latte art, and tea-making skills required.Requirements:
    • Experience in high-volume environments.
    • Barista experience (min. 1 year) and customer service experience preferred.
    • Detail-oriented, neat, self-motivated, and a team player.
    • Flexible hours, ability to stand/walk for 8 hours, and proficiency in computer skills.
