Scripps Health Administrative Services supports our five hospitals and 19 outpatient facilities, which treat half a million patients annually through 2,600 affiliated physicians.This is a benefit-eligible, full-time position (72 hours every two weeks), working 12-hour Night shifts at Scripps Memorial HospitalEncinitas in the Medical Acute 2 South unit.
Position is eligible for New Hire Retention Incentive up to $7K.

We invite you to join Medical Acute 2 South, a 32-bed unit where you will provide primary care to patients dealing with cardiac, pulmonary, diabetic, neurologic, cognitive orthopedic, CIWA, psychiatric issues; observe progress and update patient charts.
RNs work collaboratively with other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care and enjoy a well-managed, cohesive working environment.
Position is eligible for New Hire Retention Incentive up to $7K.
The following are not eligible for hiring incentives:

Rehires that left Scripps less than 3 years ago

In order to remain eligible for your retention incentive the followingcriteria must be met:

Must remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offerletter)
Must remain in original department/specialty
Must remain in original Job Title

Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis andmay result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically notedin your offer letter.

Required Qualifications:

Current CA RN License
One (1) year of recent RN experience
Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS Certification
Must be able to speak, read and follow instructions in English
Must be able to demonstrate positive behaviors

Preferred Qualifications:

ACLS Certification
Recent RN experience in an acute care setting
Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Epic EHR experience
