Job Description:

This Co. is a leading provider to the aerospace sector and is actively interviewing for a direct hire position. As a key member to this department you will be assisting with: Assists in set-up, operation and maintenance of Hot Form dies and preparatory operations related to Hot Forming. Makes pilot runs to prove out new processes. Assists with maintaining records for traceability of Hot Forming as required by Quality Assurance. Reads and understands operation process sheets, tooling instructions, blueprint features and basic manufacturing principles. Follows all processes provided for production and works with supervision and engineering for improvements and modifications. Provides production work as required to maintain schedule. Reads and understands all required measuring and testing equipment required for the job. Responsible for work performed and the inspection of such work. Maintains all applicable and customer certifications, where required. Monitors and improve area cleanliness. Ensures parts received are not damaged and checks for completeness of paperwork. Also ensures that parts leaving area have been completed. Understands and follows Standard Manufacturing Guidelines.
