EXECUTIVE SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
The SVP Strategic Partnerships aides in the building and scaling of
a platform for high performing partnerships with a broad range of
financial institutions, corporates and mission aligned
organizations. These partnerships will serve to expand Lendistry's
referral network and result in measurable community impact via
capital deployment. This position is expected to represent
Lendistry to community stakeholders, represent Lendistry externally
in mission aligned events, marketing and other activities that
support the expansion of the network and furthering the mission to
scale the business of providing access to capital for small
businesses. Acquires and sustains long-term relationships with
organizations that serve small businesses that can benefit from
fair and transparent access to capital. Travel is required.
ABOUT LENDISTRY
Lendistry is the country's largest minority-led and
technology-enabled small business and commercial real estate lender
with Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) and
Community Development Entity (CDE) certification. We are a national

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
--- Create, collaborate and execute on strategic plans to source,
implement, grow, and sustain partners across organizations with
compatible values and goals.
--- Collaborate with the executive management of Lendistry to find
the quality of banking, corporate and community relationships to
acquire and develop relationships that support capital raising,
lending and other goals .
--- Foster strong relationships with key leaders in Lendistry's
target markets, guiding the narrative of tech-enabled small
business lending from the lens of community development.
--- Cultivate diversified, sophisticated, and premier relationships
to support the Company's goals.
--- Performance will be based ability to secure, retain, and/or
cultivate partnerships based on KPIs designed by the Company.
--- Compliance with all policies of Lendistry.
--- Build reporting with CRM and regularly report on partnership
prospects, onboarding, and volume goals.
--- Regular attendance during business hours and reliable
punctuality are essential functions of this position, and
conformance with Lendistry's attendance policy is a key
responsibility of the employee.

PROFICIENCIES
--- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

especially in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
--- Minimum B.A. in a related field of study (Finance, Accounting,
Business), or equivalent relevant experience.
--- Strong knowledge of financial services.
--- Outstanding communication and relationship management
skills.
--- Minimum 7 years of experience.
--- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
--- Ability to generate sales utilizing productive marketing
techniques.
--- Advanced computer proficiency.
--- Ability to travel, work flexible schedules, and cover various
locations as needed.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This is a stationary position that requires frequent sitting
(approximately 95%), repetitive wrist motions, grasping, speaking,
listening, close vision, and the ability to adjust focus. It also
may require occasional standing, lifting, carrying of 20lbs or
less, walking, kneeling, bending/stooping, twisting,
pulling/pushing, and reaching above the shoulder. Employees in this
position must be physically able to efficiently perform the
essential functions of the position.
SALARY
$138,100-$180,000/annually depending on experience.
