Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Customer Data Specialist to
leverage technical skills for resolving data issues and
collaborating across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Perform triage and root cause analysis for data issues reported by
internal resources
Coordinate fixes and improvements to data issues across multiple
departments
Execute testing on new product releases and operationalize new
processes and tool improvements
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience with file management/data
integrations/configurations
Proficient knowledge in EDI and Payroll Processes
Prior experience in a client-facing role
BS/BA Degree highly preferred
Industry experience in Insurance, Benefits Administration, or SaaS
preferred
