Job Description:
A company is looking for a Geospatial Software Engineer to
design and implement geospatial data solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and support cloud and open-source systems for
processing geospatial data via an API-based platform
Collaborate with internal development teams to integrate necessary
data sets and make them available for clients
Develop highly scalable APIs to support high request throughput and
manage all stages of the software life cycle
Required Qualifications
BS degree in Computer Science; MS preferred
7+ years of overall experience, with a minimum of 2 years in
Python, Java, Go, or similar languages
Extensive knowledge of programming languages including Go, Scala,
Java, and Python
Experience with cloud architecture and PostgreSQL/PostGIS
Proficient in using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD environments
