Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Specialist
to manage complex customer cases and mentor team members.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve complex issues using diagnostic tools and ensure accurate
case documentation
Guide and mentor Specialists through shadowing sessions and peer
reviews
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams
to improve customer experience
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in hospitality technology with advanced
troubleshooting skills
Expertise in tools like Sentry, Sumo Logic, and DataDog
Experience with ticketing systems such as Service Cloud and
JIRA
Hotel experience in Front Office, Sales, Reservations, or Revenue
Management preferred
University Degree preferred
