Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Recruitment Specialist to
manage recruitment activities for clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct 60+ outbound calls daily to assess potential study
participants' eligibility
Enter patient information into clinical databases and schedule
on-site visits
Collaborate with team members and attend department meetings to
support recruitment efforts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree, or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in customer service; call center experience is a
plus
Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
Experience with Salesforce is a plus
