Job Description:
A company is looking for a Coder Trainer I to develop and
conduct training programs for the Payment Integrity department.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct training needs analyses and develop appropriate training
programs
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and maintain
records of training activities
Assist in auditing staff work and recommend areas for
improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
2+ years of training experience, preferably in a managed care or
healthcare environment
Coding experience (Certified Professional Coder) is highly
preferred
Prior training experience in a virtual environment is highly
preferred
