Job Description:
A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician, Clinical
Customer Care - Work From Home.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to patients for adherence-based programs and
provide one-on-one support
Address patient concerns, troubleshoot issues, and escalate calls
to Pharmacists as needed
Utilize software applications to record patient information and
collaborate with cross-functional teams for program improvement
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Active Pharmacy Technician license in state of residence
1+ years of experience in retail healthcare, preferably in a
high-volume call center
Minimum of one consecutive year of customer service experience
Ability to maintain a reliable internet connection
Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work
experience
