TravelNurseSource is working with GQR Healthcare to find a qualified PCU RN in Los Angeles, California, 90034 Pay Information $2,750 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse --- Step Down Unit (SDU) --- Nights We're seeking a Registered Nurse for our Step Down Unit. This night shift role involves a 36---hour work week, split into three 12---hour shifts, with a 13---week contract. Responsibilities: --- Maintain patient ratios as per CA law. --- Be flexible to float as required. --- Contract extension possible, evaluated at contract end. --- Max 4 days of Requested Time Off (RTO). Requirements: --- Active CA RN License (renew if expired). --- Certifications: BLS, NIH, ACLS, Fire Card. --- 1 year of unit experience and 2 years of RN experience. --- Strong communication and customer service skills. --- Previous travel experience beneficial. --- COVID---19 vaccination and booster (if eligible). Our Stroke Center, currently pursuing Magnet Status, serves a 40---60 years demographic. We use Epic EMR and provide full PPE, including fit testing. Parking is available, and scrubs should be Royal or Navy Blue. Local travelers are encouraged to apply.
