Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Vice President of
Development.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement a fundraising strategy to grow a $30M annual
budget
Manage a portfolio of major donors and develop targeted strategies
for engagement
Oversee the development team and ensure effective administrative
operations
Required Qualifications
At least 10 years of experience in major gift fundraising
Proven track record in securing large gifts from institutional and
individual supporters
Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing and coaching teams
Experience in utilizing Salesforce or similar donor management
systems
Ability to travel approximately six times per year, including
possible international travel
