Job Description:
A company is looking for a Cancer Registry Workforce Manager to
oversee all Cancer Registry operations and ensure client
satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage onboarding and ongoing support for consultants, ensuring
strong performance
Address client and internal consultant issues promptly while
leading multiple projects
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide educational
opportunities for consultants and clients
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience or High School
Diploma/GED plus 9-11 years of work experience
Certified Tumor Registrar (CTR) or Oncology Data Specialist (ODS)
certification is mandatory
Experience with remote data abstraction and CoC accreditation
requirements
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience with various Cancer Databases and EHR software
applications
