A company is looking for a Value Added Ingredient Category
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage ingredient programs ensuring traceability and
ethical sourcing
Procure a variety of ingredients for product development and
monitor inventory levels
Collaborate cross-functionally to support product needs and lead
new ingredient onboarding
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of relevant experience in supply
chain or sustainable food systems
Experience managing sustainability practices and ethical
sourcing
Proven track record in procurement of various food categories
Experience with raw material sourcing and product formulation
guidelines
Proficiency in Google Suite and adaptability to new systems
