About the Role The Company is in search of a Chief Operating Officer to take the helm of its operations. The successful candidate will be tasked with spearheading all organizational operations and will be expected to work closely with the leadership team to define and implement operational strategy. A key responsibility will be to continue the development of a high-performing team with a strong focus on GMP, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. The COO will also play a pivotal role in directing the company's future growth and success.Applicants for the Chief Operating Officer position at the company should hold a BSc in a relevant life science discipline, with an MSc, PhD, or MBA being preferred. Experience in biomanufacturing or pharmaceutical manufacturing is essential, as is a deep understanding of business principles and cultural awareness. The role requires a candidate with strong business development skills, a proven track record in senior leadership, and the ability to lead and develop teams. An entrepreneurial mindset, extensive industry experience, and an established network within the industry are also key requirements.
