Shift: M-F primary work hours

Compensation: $110 - $130k

Benefits: Comprehensive Corporate Benefits Package

Travel: 15%; Occasional travel to sites in NorCal and SoCal. Run Operations for those sites.



Position Description:

As an Operations Manager for hydrogen fueling stations, you will be responsible for the overall management and operations of their hydrogen fueling stations located throughout Southern and Northern California. Your primary objective will be to ensure efficient and safe fueling operations while delivering exceptional customer service. You will lead a team of hydrogen fueling station technicians to maintain compliance with regulatory standards and achieve operational excellence. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and working with the maintenance manager to implement and enforce standard operating procedures and coordinating maintenance activities. You will be responsible for the hiring, directing and auditing of contractor work for the facilities as well.

Requirements:

A candidate for this role should have a degree in business administration, management, engineering or a related field. They should have five or more years of experience in operations management in hydrogen fueling or production, CNG fueling, Oil & Gas, petrochemical, industrial gas or field service & repair of heavy machinery. Candidates should have a strong knowledge of industrial operations and maintenance best practices, knowledge of OSHA regulations for lock-out/ tag-out, hazardous work permit and confined space entry. Strong leadership and people management skills are key.
