Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Commercial Operations (SaaS
Platform).
Key Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize sales, marketing, and
customer success processes
Monitor KPIs and provide data-driven insights to inform strategic
decisions and drive continuous improvement
Oversee the commercial technology stack to ensure effective
integration and efficiency
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in commercial/sales operations leadership
roles, preferably in SaaS and life sciences
Proven success in developing scalable processes and systems
Expert knowledge of Salesforce configuration and administration
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA
is a plus
Experience with Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Netsuite is
a plus
