Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Business Intelligence who
will develop sophisticated business intelligence infrastructure and
provide insights to support small business lending.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive business intelligence strategy
aligned with company goals
Design and maintain scalable data models, ETL processes, and data
pipelines
Monitor key metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and
insights to senior management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Data
Science, Statistics, etc.)
10+ years' experience in fintech or financial services data
management and analytics
Expert knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or
Power BI
Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL
processes
Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, AWS,
Azure) is highly desirable
