Job Description:
A company is looking for an Executive Director, Marketing to
lead the development and execution of marketing strategies targeted
at healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive HCP marketing strategy aligned
with business goals
Oversee the creation and optimization of multi-channel marketing
campaigns targeting healthcare professionals
Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and
influential healthcare professionals
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, or a
related field
A minimum of 12+ years of experience in the biotech or
pharmaceutical industry
At least 5 years in an HCP Marketing role
Deep knowledge of HCP marketing and regulatory requirements
Strong leadership and team management experience
