Great Well-Known Manufacturing Company located in Riverside looking for a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor. We manufacture Custom Trailer Boxes. Looking for someone who is hands on with his/her employees. Someone who wants to Excel in this position and grow with the company. Lots of room for advancement. Paying 55K-60K a year!

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to direct hourly personnel in the manufacturing of our company products according to quality standards and schedule requirements.

This position will be responsible for supervising a staff of hourly personnel, leading and managing the day-to-day manufacturing operations for the facility. You will ensure key objectives are met in areas of production planning, quality, cost control, safety and time management. You will also work collaboratively and successfully with other functional groups including sales, engineering and customer service to drive future business growth and achieve maximum production efficiency.
