Job Description:
A company is looking for a Solutions Support Engineer to provide
technical support and troubleshoot customer issues.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical customer support for the product
Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues while
collaborating with teams
Design and implement scalable solutions through automation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering,
Mathematics, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
5+ years of hands-on technical experience in customer support or
related roles
1+ year of experience with Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP)
Proficiency with command-line tools and Linux environments
Experience with Kubernetes, system virtualization, and cloud
identity/security systems
