Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Collections Specialist to manage
delinquent credit card accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Service delinquent credit card accounts through various contact
channels
Assess customer situations to provide relevant payment options
while maintaining relationships
Handle back-to-back calls in a fast-paced environment and manage
escalated issues
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of collections experience
2+ years of advanced-level customer service experience
1+ years of experience in listening skills
Ability to work in a quiet environment with a minimum internet
speed requirement
